Tips From the Alamo Team for Biscuit Challenge Contenders
- Come hungry, not starving. Eat a light meal the day before so your stomach is ready, not shocked.
- Pace yourself. Thirty minutes goes fast, but a steady rhythm beats a fast start.
- Hit the biscuit early. Five pounds of bread is the real opponent. Don't save it for last.
- Sip, don't chug. Small sips of water help; big gulps fill you up.
- Bring a crowd. Friends and family can't help you eat, but they can cheer you on and film your attempt.
