Founded by local entrepreneur and proud UTSA alumnus John Vale, Alamo Biscuit Co. was built on a vision to bring something fun, flavorful, and different to San Antonio.

Inspired by his roots as a former restaurant franchisee, John together with a team of talented chefs whipped up a menu that's anything but ordinary -unique flavors, creative twists, and all the biscuit-loving goodness you crave.
